Contract with Air Armenia Company

In June 2014 Armenian Software and Air Armenia companis signed a contract. According to the contract AS-Enterprise system Payroll and Human resources subsystems will be implemented.

Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate company payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports. Payroll and Human Resources subsystems provide the following main functions:

  • Employee data management
  • Employee data management
  • Receiving internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
  • Personnel orders management (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and changing financial orders
  • Creating and running company positions list
  • Tracking and saving employees work history
  • Creating employees vacation schedule
  • Confidentiality of human recourses data
  • Automation of human resources reports
